SQL server generates scripts task does not have the option to filter by object name. It is impossible to manually select hundreds of SQL objects manually especially you need choose a subset of objects from an entire database.I created a simple utility to generate scripts using SMO from .NET 4.0. Obviously it can not cover all options.
